Return Policy

At Stafaz Baby Wear, we are committed to delivering high-quality, comfortable, and well-crafted apparel for you and your family. If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us right away so we can help resolve it quickly.

Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling, improper care (e.g., washing or drying outside the recommended instructions), or normal wear and tear after use.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • If the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival, we will accept the return and cover return shipping costs.

  • For non-personalized items, returns are accepted if the product is intact, undamaged, and returned within the allowed time frame.

  • Personalized or custom-made products (including POD apparel with your chosen designs, names, or messages) are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

For damaged or incorrect items, please email a photo of the product along with your order number to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate your case and determine whether a refund, exchange, or replacement is appropriate.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued as a credit to the original payment method within 30 business days after receiving and processing the returned merchandise.
If defective or damaged products, please send a photo of the damaged product and its label within 30 days of delivery to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, product description, and shipping details for faster processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We choose the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use include:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

Credit card authorization and verification must be completed before we process your order. UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping and handling costs are based on the product weight and destination.
